The location couldn’t ask for any better 😁 only thing which I thought they would provide was fire pit and cleaning equipment ie hoover sweeping brush and pens for the guest book as we forgot ours 🤦♀️😂
The only thing for me was the bed was very uncomfortable and pillows were to hard but to be fair the lodge made up for those small personal dislikes others may like that

Good clean lodge what had everything in we needed for our stay, good location 4miles from Keswick
Stairs are steep and on a slight curve, but that didn't borher us, no good if you have mobility problems

Lovely lodge with stunning views of the mountains. Nice not shower and very well equipped.
The staircase in the lodge did not appear to be wide enough on the turn which was made out of brick and slate. Found it quite difficult to get up and down and feel safe whilst doing so
Found entrance difficult to see at night not being illuminated and off a very busy road.
