Lovely location and exactly what we needed as a base. Really helpful hosts and clear instructions re arrival and departure etc. Information booklet was nice and detailed. Great value for money.
Only minor point is that because the bathroom is downstairs, coming down stairs in the night/early morning is a bit loud. Everything else was really comfy/homely etc. Might also be useful to have taxi numbers on hand?

The welcome pack of food was a lovely surprise.
The accommodation was very spacious and comfortable for a small group of walkers.
The location was fantastic for completing the Offa’s Dyke.
Parking was a little difficult due to the angle required to get on the drive

Downstairs bathroom, which for those of a certain age was inconvenient
Parking access was tricky and outlook onto hosts caravan, cars and storage units was disappointing
