The Garden Nook at Gate House Holidays

Gorgeous decorated, brand new and much more spacious than we were expecting, the place was immaculate and the location just 15 minutes drive from Llangollen. Has everything you need for a 2 night stay and perfect for our little dog too. Easy check in instructions too.

Nothing everything was fab! One thing though our dog is a little daxie and can escape under the fence area so if you have a little dog that is an escape artist keep an eye on them.

Amazing location, quiet and tucked away and yet like a little home from home. The design was amazing, and had everything you need in a really compact space. Hamper was a nice touch (we upgraded and were very impressed with what we got). Slept so well, as was really quiet

Absolutely nothing needed improving!

Very comfortable accommodation a 5 minute drive from One Planet Adventure MTB Park. The converted shipping container, which felt much more spacious than I had expected, is in the grounds of the host's house, although high hedges make it feel secluded. It is furnished to a high standard and was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee maker, pots and pans and all the utensils we could have needed (and even the knives were sharp). We were staying during a heatwave so spent most of our time in the small, private area overlooking the garden which has a bistro table and chairs and a large canopy.

The host had provided copious notes about the local attractions, shops and restaurants as well as information about the accommodation. The only things we would have benefitted from were instructions for using the induction hob and coffee maker (which were both new to me and not intuitive). That said, the hosts were on site and were very friendly and approachable - I have no doubt that they would have happily shown us how to use both if we had asked.
