About this apartment rental
Welsh Row House is a large detached former pub / restaurant and has recently been renovated and designed to a very high standard in an area of stunning natural beauty in North Wales. The whole spacious ground floor is one large holiday let that can sleep up to 10 people, perfect for large families or groups. 180 square metres (1,937 square feet). There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, plus WC, large living /dining room. The property is fully centrally heated with the addition of a log fire and free superfast broadband on WiFi and access via ethernet points. Hot tub Spa. Seats 5 plus lounger. Fountains, waterfall, jets, Lights, Infrared heater, Bluetooth sound system and Television.
Large games room in the centre of everything pool table, Football game, xbox and Wii and fully equipped kitchen.
There is a large free car park for a number of vehicles, large south facing garden terrace area for eating out or relaxing on sun loungers. It is superbly positioned with great access to roads but with far reaching views over beautiful countryside.
The property is Pet Friendly for responsible owners, with dog walking area and closed in garden.
