Gemütlich mit einer Raumaufteilung, die für 6 ( bis 7) Personen perfekt geeignet ist. Wir fanden bei unserer Ankunft Brot, Wasser, Butter vor und waren davon sehr angenehm überrascht.

Felt as though we were staying way out in the country and yet the cottage was only 1.5 miles from Charleville with all its shops, bars, cafes etc. lovely open view from the back of the cottage especially from the balcony of the main bedroom.

The weeds. The cottage had been recently painted and looked great apart from the dandelions and also bramble bushes with huge long tendrils reaching out as if trying to engulf the cottage. The great crop of nettles alongside the car parking space was difficult to negotiate when arriving back after dark. Such a shame as all this encroaching vegetation spoiled what is a very charming, comfortable place to stay.

het uitzicht was prachtig. de slaapkamers waren groot genoeg. er was een superfijne houtbrander.

parkeren moest half op de weg, want voor de boer die het weiland achter het huis gebruikt moesten we steeds de auto wegzetten. de verwarming deed het niet toen we aankwamen en in de instructies stond dat we niets mochten veranderen. heel naar als je op een koude regendag aankomt 's avonds. pas de volgende ochtend lukte het om de eigenaren te bellen; de verbindingen zijn daar slecht. de koelkast had geen vriesvak! de slaapkamers geen horren, wél hordes bromvliegen. in de uitgebreide instructies stond niet wáár de wasmachine en droger stonden: in een apart vies schuurtje. dat moesten we na 2 dagen zélf ontdekken. de afwasmachine is heel klein. de kussens vd tuinset beschimmeld.
