Would go back in a heartbeat
If you want solitude, peace and just to switch off this is your place. To sit at the kitchen table with the door open and hear nothing but the birds was bliss. It's quaint and quirky but chockful of all the equipment you need for self-catering; and the cottage was very clean and welcoming.

Exceptional
The location is amazing, small renovated cottage near lake, hidden in forest. Great spot to explore surroundings: inland as well as cost line. The house is very well equiped. All needed is at disposal. Do not expect luxury, but warm and comfy place to stay. Henry, the host, is very nice and friendly. Whenever or whatever needed it was easy to get in contact with. If you are looking for a shelter with pleasant feeling Willowbrook cottage is right place to spend time in. I believe you will enjoy it as we did. Lenka & family

A relaxing week in a beautiful location.
The Cottage was impeccably clean and very well equipped, with a lovely welcome pack to get us started in the kitchen on the first day. Its secluded, quiet location meant it was easy to disconnect from the wider world during our stay, though we weren't too far from the action at the same time.
