Fairly priced, excellent sea and river view, only 5 mins to town in car.

The View is excellent of the river running down by the side of the property into the sea and there are swans a plenty during the evening. the beds and bed linen are very very comfy, such a wonderful sleep and it's a very quite area. Chinese takeaway away only a short distance away that deliver.

No privacy in living room as blinds are missing from two windows that overlook a green where you have dog walkers, fishermen. No storage racks in both showers for soap, bottles etc. bins outside full in just 1 day so had to store rubbish indoors.

Super views from the upstairs living room of the nearby river drowes to the side of the property and the sea straight ahead. Spacious, clean and well provided kitchen and living room Horse, donkey and swans nearby Good parking

Lovely location let down by tired decor and uncomforatble seating.

Very tired decor. Living room had wonderful views but really uncomfortable seating. Armchairs were stained. Bed mattresses long overdue replacement. Only one proper knife - others were small butter knives.

Stunning small home with a great price

Gorgeous river flowing at the side of the property and direct views of the sea. House was spacious and homely. Plenty of kitchen facilities. Bathrooms and kitchen very clean. Fantastic value for money.

Single beds a little bit too springy. The walk from town has no streetlights or paths on a couple of small sections (not on any main roads).

Great place to stay with a lot around to visit. Ian was extremely helpful and friendly. The house is beautiful and so comfortable and cosy. Very clean and great value for money.

View was fab not promoted enough on booking.com it’s not clear it’s a sea view as opposed to a river ? A bit far from town no pubs restaurants nearby
