Beautiful setting with scenic views. Very peaceful and quiet. The host met us to explain how things work and is nearby if you need him. Space to park the car safely. Beautiful beaches on the doorstep. Lovely to see the donkey and sheep onsite and watchvrabbits playing on the lawn.
Accomodation is very dated and could do with an update and refurbishment. Some cleanliness issues like dirty fridge with dried spilt milk and a very dirty oven. Only some of the hob rings work. Some appliances like toaster do not work efficiently. Lots of dirty marks on walls and cobwebs. Bedding felt damp and had dog hairs on it. No internet access. The property can be very cold with such high ceilings but host had asked us not to use additional heating due to the price of fuel. It was fine as a base though and we were only there for tge evenings.
