Lovely comfortable, clean house, great base for a relaxing holiday and to appreciate the area.

The views from the rooms were fabulous, it was a lovely quiet place. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the kitchen and sitting room were well equipped. Outside was very nice, with seating areas to appreciate the views. Lots of parking space too.

I hadn't expected we would have to pay extra for electricity. It was not too much, but even so, that's the first time I have been asked for this. Also, in all the other Kerry places we have booked, we have had milk in the fridge when we arrived. A small but nice touch thing, which adds so much to the welcome, especially after a long drive there. There was nothing in this fridge!

Cozy, comfy and cute--a perfect getaway near Sneem.

This cottage is very comfortable and absolutely charming. It is spotless and the host has equipped it with everything we needed from cooking a meal, to relaxing in a cozy setting to sleeping in comfy beds with lovely linens. And the views are breathtaking. Absolutely loved it!

A lovely property in a lovely location, we would definitely stay again.

The location of the property was ideal for us as it was situated just on the outskirts of a small village but close enough to the mountains and other scenery. However, you do need a car. The beds were comfortable enough although one of the doubles was on the small side but it was fine. We were there in the winter months but the house was warm enough once the heating was on. The scenery from the house was lovely.

I would suggest charging a bit extra for the nightly rates rather than charging for the electricity separately, I did not notice this when booking so it was a bit of a surprise when being asked to pay. I would also recommend that the owner has the property checked for ventilation as there were some issues with condensation on the floors.

Lovely family Easter break away

Lovely cozy cottage in a fantastic setting, amazing views of the mountains, perfect location to explore the ring of Kerry and the local beaches. Sneem is a lovely village with a great playground for the kids. Short drive to Kenmare and Killarney, lots to see and do, we had a fantastic stay over Easter, the host was very welcoming and the cottage was spotlessly clean and had all facilities we needed for the week, it was perfect, will defiantly be booking another stay, highly recommend

All in all a lovely, well maintained cottage in a super location with everything you need.

Loved the house, very clean, all the facilities you need and a great location. Views were amazing.

Very little we didn’t like but some form of welcome basket is always a nice touch.

Exceptional

Location and views are fabulous! Kitchen small but well equipped. We loved eating outside on the food quality outdoor furniture. Clever use of upstairs to create 3 bedrooms. Was great to have a shed for bikes and unlimited turf for the fire. Proprietors were fantastic and always available. The neighbours were very friendly as were the donkeys, miniature ponies and dogs on the lane. We loved cycling to Sneem for coffee, ice cream and a game of tennis. Very safe location with large garden for children.

For a large family bedrooms a bit small but it wouldn't stop us going back. We had the best time.

Un cottage bien situé, à Sneem, dans un cadre magnifique. Une hôte disponible et accueillante.

Un cottage confortable mais qui nécessiterait quelques améliorations. La douche de l’étage ne fonctionne pas correctement : soit cela s’est froid soit cela est brûlant. Cette observation n’est pas nouvelle puisque certains hôtes l’indiquaient déjà depuis 2022. Le détecteur de fumée de l’étage n’a plus de pile et pendouille au plafond. La cuvette des wc n’est pas correctement fixée. Et enfin, l’électricité n’est pas comprise dans la location. Il convient de la régler à l’issue de son séjour. Cela n’apparaît pas dans les conditions de l’établissement. Et personne de Booking ou encore la propriétaire ne répond lorsque l’on écrit pour avoir des explications. Cela est un peu dommage.

Une parenthèse de sérénité.

L'endroit est d'un calme exceptionnel, mais non loin du bourg de Sneem où l'on trouve tout le nécessaire (commerces, lieux de restauration, pharmacie, médecin). Idéal pour rayonner dans le comté du Kerry où il y a beaucoup de choses à faire et à voir.
