The property is spacious and quiet. Off-street dedicated parking spot (gratis), makes this a very good choice for guests with a car. Large supermarket is a few minutes (all downhill) walk away. TV has all the entertainment that Madeira can't provide.

Somewhat removed from the center of Funchal, requiring bus, taxi, or long walk to access. Parking in town is problematic so, in the end, it is somewhat less convenient for guests who would want to spend much time in town. Property had an intense bleach odor that doesn't go away for several days. Leaving the windows and doors open (when possible) probably only keeps this problem from lasting the entire week. OTOH, this indicates that the property is clean (and sterilized). The property sleeps five, though the hot water would likely run out long before the last of them were to start their shower.

Boa localização e uma vista incrível! A casa está super bem equipada, ótima opção para uma estadia longa! Se voltar à Madeira voltarei a reservar!

1.A bit dated for ok for us 2.shower drain issue We observed some shower drain issue and communicated with the host after we checked out. The host told us it was fixed. 3.wifi In the 3-bed room, wifi reception is not good due to the 2 walls between the wifi router and the room. Mash (much better than repeater) will resolve this issue.

- De host is heel aardig en heeft het hele appartement laten zien. - De buitenruimte heeft uitzicht op zee en twee fijne lounge stoelen. - je hebt een prive parkeerplek op eigen terrein (wel in een bocht en daardoor niet altijd goed zicht op de andere auto’s) - er is een grote supermarkt vlakbij - je hebt alles in huis wat je nodig hebt.

- het hele huis ruikt naar schimmel, echt heel vies. - de woonkamer kun je niet zitten omdat het zo’n ongezellig ruimte is. - over het matras zit een soort plastic hoes, waardoor je dat bij elke draai hoort en voelt - de lichten in het hele huis zijn tl licht, super fel. Ongezelliger kan helaas niet… - de auto’s en grote trucks hoor je voorbij rijden omdat het aan een best drukke weg ligt.
