La casa es grande y los espacios amplios. Capacidad para muchas personas por habitaciones y baño.
La terraza es un mirador a Madeira... vistas muy bonitas.
No conocimos al propietario/a (todo es por mensaje), pero la comunicación fue fluida y estuvo atento/a a nuestras solicitudes. También me ayudó con un extravío que tuve... es decir, atento/a y dispuesto/a.
El acceso hasta la casa (rampas con mucha pendiente, difícil conducción... aunque gran parte de Madeira es así). Queda en la parte alta de Funchal.
El mantenimiento es "correcto" pero mejorable en algunas zonas. El aire acondicionado de una de las habitaciones no funcionaba y hacía bastante calor.
En algunos aspectos echamos en falta mejor equipamiento (útiles de limpieza especialmente).

Keine Liegestühle und kein Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse!
Keine Kaffeepads vorhanden, damit man zumindest mal die Größe und Sorte weiß wo man kaufen muss!

Très belle vue sur Funchal au prix d'un accès difficile. Maison agréable
Quelques ustensiles de cuisine en très mauvais état mais remplacés rapidement après signalement
