Perfect for a short stay and beautiful views from the main room

Property was well presented, lovely touches like hairdryers and straighteners were perfect for a group of girls. Kitchen was well stocked and they even had a disco light

My only comments- They need more than 4 mugs for tea, there was not enough toilet roll and no supply when we ran out, the rolls were all half full at the beginning of our stay. Under the sofas need hovering/sweeping too

Open plan family friendly.

Difficult to find in dark. Name.of Lodge at top of stairs would be great. A wee sign or instruction like first group of houses on left as you enter village would have been great.

Excellent place with a couple of very minor niggles

Beautiful place and great location. Excellent facilities.

The double bed en-suite mattress was soft and springs pinged when we turned over. The kickboard underneath the dishwasher isn’t fitted well and so when the dishwasher is on, the vibration made it fall off and slap the floor!

Brilliant lodge for staying with friends or family in a beautiful setting

Location, Loved the view, outdoor space and house itself was lovely with great social areas

No teabags, bin bags or milk were there on arrival as advertised. Slightly dusty in areas. There could have been a bit more attention to detail but nothing insurmountable

Lovely property in lovely location.

Excellent well maintained property in a favourite location of ours - that's why we took our first time visitors to Kenmore. The owner of the property has given it a warm friendly feel and provided many extras to make the stay easier/pleasant.

House is beautiful and located in a quiet area with nice partial views onto the loch

No wood for the chimney. It would have been nice to at least have a couple of logs available on arrival with kindling so we could heat up the house. Mattresses could do with being updated

The property have everything that you could ever want or need during your stay (even spare reading glasses, rain ponchos etc!) We loved everything about it and was perfect for a family.

Something telling you who to contact if you have a problem, maybe I missed it. The notice board would have been a good place to have all the information.

Location to kenmore

This was our second visit loved house first time,sadly not so much house was not as clean mattress needed replaced, weeds everywhere outside,

Other than lack of cleaning products which may have been an oversight, we had a fantastic stay.

Property was in a lovely location and to a high standard.

They only slight downside was there were no cleaning products available such as cloths for the kitchen sink or even wipe down the table. No extra bin bags or toilet roll…the things you would expect from a property of this quality.

Lovely house modern and well appointed, great location you can see the river Tay

Picked the house because it had wood burner but no logs available. Alan the owner said they were on order which was not much use to us. We managed to get a bag delivered by Robbie really nice guy along the road. Shower door needs fixed struggled to open it

The property was such a high standard - really excellent! The equipment was the best I’ve experienced, including everything you could need. And the owners and their local team were very responsive, answering any queries the same day. I can’t recommend this rental enough!
