Disappointing stay

Location and views were amazing. Showers were really good.

The cabin was still being cleaned when we arrived (after the 4pm arrival time), we were told abruptly to wait till they'd finished and then to wait for the floors to dry, so it was 45 mins after the stated time that we could go in. It was very obvious that the cleaning had been rushed. The floor to ceiling windows were covered in sticky handprints, there was no toilet roll, and there was a urine stain by the toilet. There were many loose towel/toilet roll holders and curtain holders. The bed and pillows were cheap and not comfortable. Sadly, not what we expected at all.

Absolutely fantastic lodge with very high quality fixtures and fittings.

Didn’t feel like a holiday let. The overall quality was exceptional and the location was superb.

The cleaning could have been better. The floors were very dirty and our white socks were literally black after walking about in the lodge.

Eine sehr komfortable, moderne Lodge in den Highland

Die Lodge liegt am Rande der kleinen Stadt Aberfeldy mit herrlichem Blick in die Landschaft. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die großen Panoramafenster des Wohnbereichs. Die Lodge ist sehr gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Die drei Schlafräume sind geräumig, die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Wäsche ist von hoher Qualität. Die gesamte Anlage liegt sehr ruhig, den geringen Verkehr auf der darunter liegenden Straße hört man kaum. Aberfeldy liegt zentral für viele schöne Ausflüge in die Highland. Wir können die Lodge uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
