I like the fact there is communication but there were so many emails and texts / notifications it was a bit of a faff to find the info we needed. If i book via booking.com i don't then want 20 emails from Sykes.
We did a bit of self catering. There is just not enough storage to put anything away tbh. It all had to sit on the surfaces. Not a first world problem just a bit of feedback
