The location of the house is minutes from south slope brewing district, Biltmore Village, downtown Asheville or the River Arts District. CasaLina is a very comfortable and cozy environment with art work featuring Latin America culture.

CasaLina is located in one of the more diverse areas of town. Hamilton is a mixed use street with several medical related businesses and residential housing. It is a quiet street with not much through traffic.
You´ll love CasaLina for its wonderful combination of art, coziness, beautiful details, privacy, internet connectivity and proximity to downtown and to the South slope section of the city populated by local breweries and cool restaurants. The front porch is a must! Seat there and enjoy the space with total privacy.
Guests will enjoy full access of the house. Two Bedrooms, dining room, living room, bathroom, kitchen and lovely front porch.
The neighborhood is quiet. Hamilton is a mixed use street with several medical related businesses and residential housing. It is a quiet street with not much through traffic.
You can walk to the South Slope or just take and Uber for $4-5 to get to downtown.

We rented this spot to work remote for the month and it was a great set up for two people. Plenty of room to work. Reliable WiFi. Well equipped kitchen with washer dryer. Quiet neighborhood but can walk to a coffee shop or a brewery so location was ideal for us. Isabel was very communicative. It is an older house so the windows/doors/floors could use some spiffing up and the back bathroom was a tad dark but those are minor things and overall would be happy to recommend this spot to family or friends.
