This condo is located in a secured building that is only accessible with the lobby and parking garage access codes; you will receive these upon booking confirmation. There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere (no exceptions). Information for additional parking is available from our office.
This unit is pet friendly. There will be a $75 non-refundable pet fee. This will not be included in your payment. Guests will need to contact Towns Property Management, Inc. to provide a credit card for this fee. If Towns Property Management, Inc. has not received this payment prior to check-in, they reserve the right to cancel the reservation and no refund will be issued to the guest.

Just in town enjoying the downtown area. The condo is within easy walking distance of great breweries, restaurants and shopping. Furthermore, the condo was clean & well equipped. I highly recommend.

Fantastic place to stay in Asheville! Would stay again.Only 2 minor complaints: The view isn't as good as it appears in photos, & we couldn't figure out where to empty trash.

Easy to follow check-in directions, entry codes worked perfectly. Very clean, appointed with necessities. Great location downtown Asheville with beautiful views of the mountains through the large picture window or sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine. Easy walk to many downtown restaurants, bars.
