Great location. Clean room. Easy check-in. I needed an early check-in, and have never encountered a VRBO or hotel that has a policy of never offering early check-in, so this was a bit frustrating. The construction that they mentioned in the posting was not bad as it stayed well within the listed hours, though the windows do let a lot of noise on, and the sound machine was appreciated. I wish there was a small dresser with drawers or something for those of us who like to unpack a little bit during a trip.

The property was very clean, cozy and comfortable. It’s in a great location, with some places within walking distance, and downtown only a short drive. We had a great stay in Asheville and would recommend this property and host.

Very clean property. Renters very responsive to any questions. Great location to walk to restaurants downtown.

The host was very helpful however the unit itself was very basic with notable damage and space issues in the main bedroom. Construction next door started much earlier than what was stated in the listing and noted at 6:25am and well before 8am on the weekends and New Years Day. Laundry is not located inside the unit which it appears to be based on listing. Parking is terrible since space is not actually assigned.
