The suite has one king bed and a queen pull-out sofa, accommodating up to four guests. A fully equipped kitchen makes dining in easy, with an oven, range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and all necessary cookware and utensils.
Fresh linens and towels are provided, along with a shower dispenser stocked with Paya shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Additional conveniences include water filtration, cable TV, high-speed WiFi, an iron, and a starter bag of locally roasted coffee.
Families are welcome; a crib and high chair are available on request (please confirm availability in advance).
Note: this unit is not pet-friendly, is on the second floor with stair access only, and uses a keypad for entry. A coin-operated laundry room is available on-site for guest use.

The studio was as advertised, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Neighborhood was very busy due to the brewery across the street. It was great if you wanted a beer, not so good for parking. The lot at the building was often full, and street parking was not available most of the time. We did a lot of walking so that we didn't need to move our vehicle.While our VRBO rental was great, our experience with Asheville was not. We found people to be generally unfriendly and rude. The area was very pretty, but so is the Tennessee portion of the mountains, and the people were a LOT friendlier.

Good location in West Asheville, also close to downtown. Communication was good for checkin and contacting the property manager, who responded promptly. There were a couple of problems with the bathroom - a sticking pocket door and a very noisy exhaust fan that will be up to the owner to fix, but she quickly resolved the issue that was in her control. Overall good experience.

First the good:
1. Nice location
2. Well equipped with everything needed for cooking
3. Free parking
4. Property manager quickly responded to questions
Tha not so good:
1. Internet was slow and TV buffered frequently
2. Bathtub drain did not work so there was no way to take a bath. It was shower only.
3. The bathroom vent fan did not work.
4. The building has poor sound insulation so it was difficult to sleep due to neighbors.
