About this apartment rental

Pretty studio of 18 m2 fully renovated, well equipped, comfortable, bright, on the ground floor of a very central building. Crockery. Sheets and towels provided. All amenities in the neighborhood, Doctor John nearby Avenue train station and tram 5 minutes Massena 10 minutes, Old Town and beach in 15 minutes walk. I live in the same building and will be at your disposal to facilitate your stay if you wish.

It was a very pleasant stay. Everything was alright, although I imagined the apartment to be a little bit bigger than it was. This is suitable for traveling either alone or with another person.

Annick is a great host and her property is in a perfect location in Nice! We were just a 5 min walk from the train station and 10 min walk from the beach! The studio was great for two looking for a weekend in the south of France!

Property manager met us to deliver the key and show us the studio. It is a functional little space well stocked with soap and basic kitchen supplies. We found the room very hot and humid; we kept the fan on and opened the window when we were in. The location is fantastic - 5 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes from the downtown hub. Surprisingly quiet at night. Our only real complaint was bedbugs. On our second night, I woke with 25 bites and sure enough, we found uninvited guests under the mattress. We left a night early and moved to a hotel by the airport. The property manager was responsive and refunded two of three nights we had paid for. She is great, the location is great, but if you stay, check the mattress first!

This room was perfect for my friend and I to visit Nice in a few days but still have the comfort and security of having our own space. The apartment was extremely close to central Nice and just a 5 minute walk to to train/bus. The Host was awesome, she got back to us very quickly regarding any questions we had about the area. We had gotten to Nice around 9:30am and the posted check in time was not until 4pm, we reached out to the host and she assured us we would be able to come earlier than agreed, even offering to store our bags after our check out time of 1:30pm until we have to go back to the airport at 7pm. We had a great stay!

The apartment was impeccably clean and well decorated. The bed was comfortable etc. she offered useful amenities and was very kind and welcoming. The only problem for me was that it is a ground floor street side apartment, so it was very noisy at night with shop owners putting out garbage, garbage trucks, delivery trucks, people shouting or talking. I hardly slept both nights. This went on until about 3 am. If you are a deep sleeper, it will be no problem. The location is excellent.

C'est un joli appartement tout proche de la gare et des magasins. Ameublement moderne, lit confortable, très propre, plein de lumière naturelle. L'appartement est au rez-de-chaussée, donc c'était un peu bruyant le week-end. Annick est très gentille et accommodante. This lovely apartment is very close to the train station and many shops. The apartment was very clean and modern. The bathroom was very nice and the kitchen was fully stocked with appliances. Annick even provided some coffee, which was very much appreciated! The futon was surprisingly comfortable to sleep on as it had a mattress topper. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The only thing that was missing was a fan, as it can get a bit hot without the windows open. Overall my partner and I had a great experience and would definitely book again!

Annick is a very welcoming and accommodating host and was great with communication both before arrival and after leaving. Annick est une hôtesse très sympathique et le studio, malgré sa petite taille, est très bien pensé et très propre (je recommande la douche, très agréable et étonnante dans ce petit espace!). C'est un point de chute parfait pour visiter Nice ou les environs, on peut vite sortir du quartier en voiture et le tram est à quelques minutes. Enfin, pour moi, le rez-de-chaussée n'est pas un obstacle. En résumé, je ne peux que recommander cet agréable studio qui a répondu à tous nos besoins sur ce week-end de Pentecôte.

Avant le séjour, petite appréhension à cause de rez de chaussée... Dès l'arrivée, enchantée, d'abord par l'accueil puis par la visite des lieux. Dès le lendemain, conquise par le fait d'être près de tout et par les commerçants à proximité et par la gentillesse de ces derniers. Bien sûr, au rez de chaussée et au centre ville, il y a du bruit. D'abord, on s'y habitue très vite. En suite, les nombreux avantages font qu'on l'oublie rapidement. Pour clôturer le sujet, existe-t-il un endroit, en plein centre ville, sans bruit ?! Je recommande à tous ceux qui souhaitent passer par Nice de ne pas hésiter. Je finirai en soulignant la gentillesse et l'attention inégalables de la propriétaire. Une très belle personne !!!

La confirmation de la réservation à été prise dés le lendemain, nous n'avons donc pas attendue un long moment pour savoir où se loger durant notre sejour. J'ai pû communiquer avec Annick qui est une personne très gentille avec qui le rendez vous s est passé impeccablement. L appartement est à 10min à pieds de la gare, des fast-food s'y trouvent aussi et la plage est à 15min. L appartement est tres propre, il y a de quoi faire la cuisine, la salle de bain est impeccable aussi, rien a dire ! Nous pensons revenir très bientôt dans votre appartement ainsi que d'autres amis aussi ! Merci beaucoup !

Die Wohnung ist klein, aber sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof und zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist toll. Der Preis für die zentrale Lage ist der rege Betrieb, der dort in der Straße herrscht und den ich manchmal doch als störend empfunden habe. Vermisst habe ich WLAN. Aber alles in allem werde ich gern an meinen Aufenthalt dort zurückdenken. Annick, Merci!
