Shower door tubing had grime and was broken. Needs replacement. Better quality towels needed.

The views, entrance and welcome. The entire team was making you feel very welcome and they were very accommodating and flexible! Perfect hosts!

The hospitality offered by all the staff was incredible. They were attentive and generous. The food was great and they went the extra mile to provide vegetarian options which are not currently on their menu. The towels provided for the beach and pool were soft and absorbant, the view was breathtaking and the room was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Ground coffee and a french press was provided, as well as a selection of tea, sugar, instant coffee and milk sachets.
