The lagoon views are truly beautiful and the standout feature of the property. The beds were comfortable, allowing for a good night’s sleep. Recently renovated bathrooms with quality Hansgrohe shower heads. The continental breakfast was fresh, well presented, and tasty. The second morning’s soft background music created a relaxing breakfast atmosphere. Pet-friendly accommodation is always appreciated.
Check-in felt a bit unclear, and it wasn’t easy to find assistance on arrival. Communication before and during arrival could be more streamlined.
The outdoor areas and pet facilities could be better suited for night-time use.
Rooms were quite warm, with limited cooling options.
Some spaces would benefit from more attention to detail to enhance privacy and presentation.
