Location, close to waterfront and restaurants. Hosts, Gus and his wife were very helpful and friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Clean and neat.
There was no hot water in shower, lukewarm to cold, not great especially in Winter. Noise in the mornings outside as we’re right next to the street and had construction workers. Breakfast is way too early for holiday - starts at 7am ends at 9am and gets noisy inside as well during this time.
