Comfortable, clean rooms. Complimentary tea/coffee,water and toiletries. Friendly, efficient receptionist/manager. Excellent breakfast.

Shower in bath-tub/ tiny shower cubicle. No lift or porters. TV - black& white. Only Openview. Didn't impact significantly as we stayed for only one night.
