Ella and Ricardo are really nice and caring hosts! They created a truly home-like atmosphere by always making sure we had everything we needed and offering helpful advice and assistence.
Moreover, the guesthouse overall is tastefully decorated and our room was more than pleasing, offering an amazing view over Knysna!
We also enjoyed that this guesthouse offers laundry services.

This Guest House is truly a hidden gem: Owned and run by a lovely Dutch couple The Lazy Lion is a place we would return to immediately.
- The guest house is well maintained and very clean
- The breakfast has a huge variety (and a lot of healthy options)
- You can book a massage directly in the guest house
- The pool is amazing
- The location of the guest house is really good
- The owners are lovely and care a lot about their guests
We should have stayed more than one night.

Everything at the Lazy Lion was perfect. The view from our room was spectacular. It was so clean and the new pool area was lovely. Breakfast homemade and really tasty and lots of it. Ricardo and Ella perfect hosts. Would really recommend.
