Apartment Entre les jardins

Nagyon szép helyen volt, az erkély és az ablakok is az óvárosra néznek.

Everything! Excellent location. Not too many stairs, easily accessible.

We loved everything!

The location was the best, right by the Pile gate. There were some stairs to get up to the apt but this is Dubrovnik. Pros- 6 people fit comfortably. The beds were comfortable, the dining area was a good size, and the 2 bathrooms were adequate. The balcony had a great view. Cons - the freezer needs defrosting, the toaster and microwave don’t work, and we felt like we couldn’t enjoy that balcony because the neighbor kept complaining of noise (screaming and swearing up at us) early in the evening, 6:30pm, when we sat out there chatting before leaving for dinner. I live in Zagreb, Croatia and I’ve never had a negative interaction with any Croatians ever except this time. My elderly parents couldn’t believe it.

Lokalizacja na wielki plus.

Czystość w obiekcie na minus. Transport- odbiór z lotniska zamówiony przez właściciela nie przyjechał. Na parterze jest remont taki generalny z wyburzaniem ścian i cały kurz niesie się w górę. W mieszkaniu czuć pyl po remoncie plus po wchodzeniu do mieszkania wszystko wnosi sie do środka. Dodatkowo sasiad obok jest bardzo agresywny. Podczas siedzenia i rozmów na tarasie wyszedł o godzinie 19 nam groził, że nas zaraz uciszy. Właściciel moja wiadomość olał, a po pół godziny zadzwonił, ze sasiad się skarży na imprezę, której w rzeczywistości nie było. Właściciel to olał i my również, ale atmosfera była średnia.
