About this apartment rental

We love recommending this three-bedroom, two-bathroom upper level vacation rental residence at Harbour Oaks on St. Simons Island.

Harbour Oaks #606 is an upstairs level, 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a completely renovated kitchen and master bathroom. The master suite has a king bed with en-suite featuring a beautiful walk-in shower. One guest room has a queen bed and the other has a set of twins. The other full bathroom has a bath tub.

The dining room has 5 seats and the kitchen bar has another two seats. Perfect for your family!

The Harbour Oaks community is situated in a quiet gated area off Mallery Street. You are just a few blocks from the famous St. Simons Island Village/Pier, lighthouse, Neptune Fun Zone and may one of a kind shops and restaurants. Community amenities include a swimming pool, tennis courts and fitness room. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with lagoons throughout.

CHECK IN: 4:00 pm CHECK OUT: 10:00 am

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• Sorry, no pets are allowed in this unit.
• 1 covered, marked parking spot is available. Park additional cars in unmarked spaces.
• Approximately 1 mile to Public Beach Access; easy walk to the Pier and main Village area

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There is 1 TV in the Livingroom and 1 TV in the Master Bedroom.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

Our second stay in Harbour Oaks and we just love it here. It feels so safe and protected plenty to do for the kids from swimming in the pool to visiting the massive amounts of turtles in the pond, love the size of the space the cleanliness of the condo and the proximity to down town.

My family left Florida due to Hurricane Milton and luckily found this rental. It was in a great location close to many things. The property was clean and spacious. The check in process was very easy and everyone I spoke to was beyond helpful. Thanks to finding this place my family ended up having a great week away despite the stress of the Hurricane.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this is a great unit. Location is good. We enjoyed the updated decor and large comfortable sofa. However, the twin beds in the third bedroom are basically unsleepable. I saw this in the comments from the previous year, but thought it would have been resolved after all this time and enough feedback from reviewers. The twin beds are ultra hard, not exactly flat, and springs can be felt through them. We would not choose this unit again based on that.
