Kitchen is ready for you to use, and the patio offers shaded seating and grill. Also included among the many amenities is coin laundry, ping-pong, and corn hole, all on condo association property, and a packnplay for little ones on request. The beautiful condo swimming pool is typically open April-October.

I loved the location, the cute retro diner table, the pool was super nice, beds were very comfortable. We came for my son’s 13th birthday and had a great long weekend! The only thing I will say is that the bikes that come free are a little rusty because they sit outside (covered). One of the bikes had a popped tire, however, there are places to rent bikes on the island that don’t cost too much and he and his friends that came with us loved being able to ride around the island for a couple of days. We love our SSI and we usually rent a house in east beach but we loved our short stay in this apartment! Also go try Fiddlers which is nearby…so good!

The place was great! Really appreciated the cleanliness and the accommodations that were available. Location was nice—providing a short drive/walk/bike ride to restaurants and shore. We would choose to stay there again in the future. Thanks for everything!

We enjoyed our stay. But, there was not any privacy in the house. All of the doors in the house (bathrooms and bedrooms) are slatted doors and not solid doors. None of the doors have locks on them either. The bikes are extremely rusted, unable to ride. There are also no blinds or curtains on the doors in the living room. We constantly had people walking by and looking in. Otherwise, It is a very cute condo.

The location of the townhome gave us easy access to the great beach and cute shopping area. Also, the two grocery stores were very convenient.
As far as your unit, I think you need to update the master bedroom with a new mattress and some much better pillows.
Also, it would be helpful to have window coverings on the side panel next to the front door, the doors in the great room along with the master bedroom.
The kitchen had everything we needed. That worked out well for us.
