About this apartment rental

Welcome to Village Green 49!

One of the few three bedroom flats with a ground level entrance. There is nothing not to love about this home. Walking distance to the Pier/Village area and less than a mile from the beach makes this condo your vacation ground zero. A beautifully landscaped complex surrounded by giant oaks that will make you forget that civilization is right down the street. The community pool is located just across the parking lot from Unit 49. You will enjoy the front patio and back porch on those perfect weather days that St Simons is famous for.

*NOTE: Village Green Unit 49 is available for monthly rentals only.

CHECK IN: 4:00 pm CHECK OUT: 10:00 am

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• Pets are not allowed in this unit
• Parking is available for 2 vehicles.
No motorcycles, boats, boat trailers, recreational vehicles or storage trailers allowed at Village Green.

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 3 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this rental is well equipped. Beds are comfortable and bedrooms are roomy. Both bathrooms could use updating of the tub and flooring. Kitchen is equipped with most essentials. Internet is fast and secure. Due to all the large trees the condo is not bright due to lack of sun.
