• Parking for 3 vehicles allowed
• 6/10 mile to Pier and Village and 9/10 mile to public beach access
Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 4 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
• 2 Community Pools. 1 heated

We really had a good time at Saint Simons Island. Our condominium was nice. It’s a little dated but clean had plenty of supplies and everything we needed …,communication with the property manager was awesome. The pools were a little dirty. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely go back.
