This was a very nice peaceful place. We enjoyed ourselves and the island was so nice and quaint! The property is within walking distance for everything. We were not in the condo much but it was very nice. The two private suites were perfect for us and our brother and his wife. The kitchen has everything that you would need for any meal preparation that you desire. The beds were very comfortable and the living room furniture was very comfortable. It was clean and welcoming and had everything that we needed for comfort. The hosts were great with communication before, during and after our stay. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to St Simons! We highly recommend this property.

This condo was absolutely beautiful, a short walk from the beach, very clean, full of everything we needed for our stay, plus more! Jim and Lee are amazing hosts, answering all of my questions quickly and providing more than enough information so that we could enjoy our stay to the fullest. We had the best weekend at St. Simon's and I could not recommend this condo and Jim and Lee more. We'll definitely be back!

Condo was super clean, spacious, and stocked with everything we needed! Very walkable to downtown St. Simons, and we loved the private tennis courts. Will definitely rebook next time we’re in town.
