Two story unit located within walking distance to the charming Pier Village of St. Simons and its famous lighthouse. This beautiful 2bed/2.5bath unit offers unique style, amazing décor and outstanding comfort throughout. Features include: a luxurious master suite with private master bath, a spacious guest bedroom and bathroom, a gorgeous dining area with sitting for 6 comfortably, an amazing family room, and a relaxing patio area for winding down after a long day at the beach. Additional features include plantation shutters, stainless steel appliances with side by side refrigerator, free WI-FI, in unit washer and dryer and onsite pool.
The East Beach is a short bike ride or a 3 minute drive from the villa. The Coast Guard Station entrance to the east beach has outdoor showers, bathrooms and a snack bar.
Other amenities that are within walking distance include: Neptune Water Park/miniature golf, Mallery Recreational Park, Demere Park (for skaters), basketball court, tennis court, and a baseball field.

The condo was just as described...Only issue was TV access but not a mandatory issue. The little extras left to get us started was greatly appreciated. The host was prompt with his responses and he went beyond to get us the info we needed. Great memories made...thank you again for sharing your home

It was a great condo for a week at the beach! 5 minutes from East Beach, 5 Minutes from Southern Soul, and a stone's throw from the Pier Village. Will book again!

No fault of owner but a dog with non stop barking was on one side and on the other someone coughing. With very thin walls the TV was set to loud! Water pressure for toilets and shower very low. Proximity to everything was good. Queen mattress made it hard to sleep. Not a place for large people.
