Two story unit located within walking distance to the charming Pier Village of St. Simons and its famous lighthouse. This beautiful 2bed/2.5bath unit offers unique style, amazing décor and outstanding comfort throughout. Features include: a luxurious master suite with private master bath, a spacious guest bedroom and bathroom, a gorgeous dining area with sitting for 6 comfortably, an amazing family room, and a relaxing patio area for winding down after a long day at the beach. Additional features include plantation shutters, stainless steel appliances with side by side refrigerator, free WI-FI, in unit washer and dryer and onsite pool.
The East Beach is a short bike ride or a 3 minute drive from the villa. The Coast Guard Station entrance to the east beach has outdoor showers, bathrooms and a snack bar.
Other amenities that are within walking distance include: Neptune Water Park/miniature golf, Mallery Recreational Park, Demere Park (for skaters), basketball court, tennis court, and a baseball field.

Everything was satisfactory except the grill was dirty so we didn’t use it. Bed was comfortable, dish drainer was also dirty. Over all I would rate this as a 4 star condo.

We had an excellent stay St. Simons Island. The location was wonderful, we were only five minutes away from everything we wanted to do. The pool was such a great and bonus and the villas were so quiet and peaceful.
