Beachy look and feel in this ground floor condominium! Master bedroom has a king bed with en-suite tub/shower combination. First guest bedroom has a queen bed, second guest bedroom has a set of twin beds. The additional bathroom is also a tub/shower combination.
The Harbour Oaks community – a much sought after location - is situated in a quiet gated area off Mallery Street. You are just a few blocks from the famous St. Simons Island Lighthouse, Village and Pier, Neptune Fun Zone and many one-of-a-kind shops, boutiques and restaurants.
Community amenities include a swimming pool, tennis courts and a fitness room. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with lagoons located throughout.
Harbour Oaks #407 is a ground level 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo overlooking the lagoon and fountain.

• Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• Sorry, no pets are allowed in this unit.
• Parking is available for 1 vehicle in a covered spot. Additional parking is available in the paved area.
• Approx. 1 mile to Public Beach Access; easy walk to the Pier and main Village area
Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 2 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
NOTE: Fireplace is for decoration only.
Don’t forget to bring your beach chairs, beach towels and sunscreen!

Well appointed 3 bedroom unit, convenient to Mallery Street. There are lots of knick knacks within easy reach of toddlers.

My sisters & I had a great time! We enjoyed our stay here celebrating my sister’s 60th birthday despite the cold weather. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had ever we needed. We enjoyed doing puzzles & watching movies. Also, enjoyed that the condo is so close to town so we were able to walk to everything including restaurants & shops. The condo is bright & cheery & clean. We would stay again.
