About this apartment rental
Comfortable apartment in a beautiful complex, ideal for enjoying your family vacation. The apartment is located in the SUEÑOS DE MAR Residential, 500m from the beach and the Port of Denia.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor and belongs to the attractive and well-maintained private development, SUEÑOS DE MAR. The 70 m2 apartment is distributed on one level. We enter the apartment through the living room, which leads to a fully equipped separate kitchen with a laundry area. A corridor takes us to two bedrooms, one double and one en-suite with closets, and a complete bathroom with an independent bathtub. The north-facing terrace offers views of the residential area, and there is private parking on the surface within the residential complex.
SUEÑOS DE MAR is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation, just a few meters from La Marineta Beach, facing the Denia Marina with nearby services. It's a 10-minute walk from the center of Denia, which offers a wide range of entertainment and dining options.
The Surroundings:
Next to LA MARINETA CASIANA Beach (200m from the apartment). It is a wide and uncrowded sandy beach, perfectly maintained, with activities for adults and children.
Restaurants, cafes, and more are just a few meters away. You'll find bike rentals, jet skis, kayaks, diving equipment, and various activities nearby. A short distance away, you can also find equestrian centers, golf courses, a go-kart track, a surf school, a drive-in theater, and the multitude of services and activities that Denia offers. Denia is located four hours from Madrid by car and one hour from Valencia and Alicante on the Mediterranean coast.
The nearest airports are Alicante and Valencia, just an hour away via the AP7 highway. Take exit 62 on the AP7 towards Ondara/Denia/Jávea and head to Denia. Follow the Las Marinas road to the access to the Denia Marina, where the residential complex is located.
Activities and Attractions:
The sun and the sea offer numerous leisure opportunities, from doing nothing to golfing, swimming, sailing, boat trips, horseback riding, hiking, going out for drinks, enjoying live music, savoring excellent and diverse cuisine, cycling, renting jet skis, relaxing, taking care of yourself, reading while listening to the waves, watching the sunrise in Denia, buying freshly caught fish at the fish market, and watching your loved ones swim in the pool from the terrace.

We chose this apartment due to it offering walking access to the centre of Denia as well the waterfront.
The apartment had everything we needed and it was so easy to get out and about.
Only downside was the sun was on our balcony in the morning, and not in the afternoon and evening.
