Exclusive luxury air-conditioned apartment of a new apartment complex, just across the road from a sandy beach and the Marine Club in Denia (Alicante). It comprises a big terrace, 3 double bedrooms (one with en suite bath / shower), 2 luxury bathroom and a full kitchen equipied. The complex has a beautiful swimming-pool and a garden, as well as a playground for little children. 2009.

Had a brilliant holiday. Blanca was a brilliant host, everything was perfect from check-in to check-out, apartment is a great location within easy walking distance to town.

This apartment was exactly as advertised. Lovely walking and restaurants on the doorstep. Everything needed for a comfortable extended stay in winter and would be glorious in summer with the beautifully kept gardens and swimming pool. Blanca has excellent English and was very helpful and considerate when needed.

We enjoyed a 6 week stay in Blanca’s apartment which is very close to a lovely promenade and harbour. Supermarkets and good restaurants were only a few minutes walk away, as was the lovely town of Denia. Blanca was very helpful and prompt in dealing with any problems

Hello Blanca. I would like to thank you for our stay in your beautiful apartment. We appreciated its size and cleanliness as well as its proximity to the harbour and downtown. We especially enjoyed our meals on the balcony watching the boats go by on the sea. Everything about our stay was five star. Gracias. Leslie
