About this villa rental
Welcome to the "Casa La Vela". Our house is located in one of the most exclusive areas in Dénia on the beautiful Costa Blanca. In a fantastic hillside location on a versatile 820 sqm plot with sea and mountain views is our 130 sqm villa, which is laid out at ground level. In addition to many modern accents, we have deliberately received typical Spanish elements - a home to feel good for the whole family! A well-kept saltwater pool and various lounge areas invite you to relax and offer many retreat oases. The living area and the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating, in the winter season, the fireplace invites you to cozy evenings. Quiet yet urban - within a short distance you can reach the center of Dénia, the marina and the La Sella golf course.
Our agent in Dénia will welcome you. Please note that our agent will collect the deposit of 250€ at arrival together with the mandatory cleaning fee of €150 and €15 per person for bedlinen and towls. Electricity will be charged at departure with the official tariff of the electricity company diffenentiated between day and night use. The deposit will be reimbursed in case of no damage.

A lovely villa in a quiet area with stunning views.

We had a very nice week in this house. It's beatiful, the photos don't lie, and was very clean. The main bathroom is very comfortable and the back yard has whatever you can think of.
Said this, there is also some drawbacks:
1) In adition to the cleaning fee (150€), you have to pay 15€/person for bed sheets and towels. AND pay the electricity at 0,25kw/hour in the peak time. We spent 24€ for a week whitout using the air conditioners.
2) There are some security cameras inside the house. One of the cameras was turned off by the recepcionist, but we also find one in the air conditioner pointing to the dinner table, and one in the Barbacue hut pointing to the swiming pool. There are more cameras in the front yard, but they won't degrade your privacy. We blinded the cameras.
3) The wifi is... bad. The routter is inside a metal closet in a bad position. We opted to use tethering from our phones. But if you plan to telework, take care.
