The location is great, it has a very nice view of the sea, the staff were amazing and whenever i ask for something they fulfill it right away. Recommended 👍🏼

The staff is the greatest gem in this hotel! I read so many positive reviews complimenting the personnel and I have to say it is true. All of them are very nice, helpful, very friendly and hardworking. From the warm welcome at the reception till the cleaning staff and the concierge. Special thanks is to the restaurant staff, they are super efficient! The were removing dirty plates immediately, the food at the buffet was always available, they constantly were replenishing it. I especially was amazed and very touched by Shahzan from Lahore, who was very attentive to me since the first moment , I felt that I was taken care of. Thank you so much, Shahzan, I really appreciate your service! That kinda staff leaves good impression in memory and you want to come back again. The rooms are very clean, as well as the bedding and towels. Everything was tidy and neat. You have everything you need in the room: iron, fridge, hair dryer, kettle and tea/coffee, water bottles were replenished during my stay too. The food in the restaurant was tasty and good variety. For sure you would be able to find something that suits your taste. Good variety of salads, hot options, always 2 different soups, and many different deserts. I am very satisfied! Great plus that all rooms are facing the sea 😍

In the balcony would be nice to have some sort of pillows on the chairs, as it is not very comfortable to sit on the metal chairs. AC was quite noisy. Even when I switched it off, it was still making some sort of noise which was not possible to stop. Not the hotel fault, but the beach reconstruction just in front of the hotel is a bit not convenient, because then you either have to walk to the beach (around 10-15 minutes) or take a bus (departs every 30 minutes). It is quite annoying if you take full board as I did (because basically you have to take that bus ride like 4 times a day). Hopefully they will finish that renovation soon and the hotel would get its own beach. Also beach is overcrowded, as I understood there are guests from 3 hotels. Basically you can’t swim without people around you in every meter :( Also I found sea water is not so clean (again not the hotel fault though).

Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and heartwarming getaway! ✨🏖️ The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained — big thanks to the amazing housekeeping team for keeping everything spotless. 🌿 The balcony was wide and perfect for relaxing while enjoying the breathtaking Arabian Gulf sea view 🌊✨. We also loved spending time at their private beach — calm, clean, and perfect for peaceful moments. Overall, everything about our stay was just wonderful and made us feel so happy and cared for. 💖🏖️

Staff was extremely attentive and always ready to help. Location was very good, right on the Ajman Corniche. The hotel pool was also quite nice and pleasant overlooking the sea.

A decent place for a short visit, provided good deals are available.

First of all, it’s worth when you are getting a super deal. Amenities like pool, kids pool and gym are available and decent. It’s not a beach connected hotel, but you will have take their shuttle to reach their dedicated private beach. Breakfast spread was good, and much better than any of the low to mid level hotels / resorts. Over all it’s a decent stay, as long as value deals are available.

Good place to stay

I have stayed at the nearby Ramada hotel many times. It is the same group of hotels and the level of service is same very good. A big bonus of the hotel is that all rooms have a sea view. Because the city view will not please you. Good breakfast and dinner. Clean rooms.

Air conditioners need cleaning. The egg station at breakfast is located in another hole, so ordering eggs or an omelet is inconvenient. There were issues with laundering, everything is organized very inconveniently, unlike the neighboring Ramada. There is also a remark about the electrical sockets. At least half of the guests in the hotel are from the CIS countries and it is unclear why there is not at least one European socket in the room.

Although the hotel was a four star, but it felt like five star hotel. Staff were very kind and respectful.

The floor inside the room was not cleaned at all. Our socks became black in few seconds after walking on the floor.

The customer service and support from the staff. It's in a good location and provides a good spot to walk around.

The fact that the beach was further out, it was so much better when it was right in front of the hotel. Yes, there is a bus service, but the 30 mins gap between rides is not good enough, shortening it to 15 mins would be great.

Everything was superb, the entire staff was great. The food was very good and has lots of variety. Dinner and breakfast were awesome, didn't like the bakery products in the morning though; it was so dry.

The pool was so deep: I couldn't enjoy it.
