Amazing staff, amazing service

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We recently stayed at Ajman Hotel with our family and had an absolutely wonderful experience. We had booked six rooms for three nights, and managing a group of that size is never easy, yet everything went smoothly from start to finish. A very special mention goes to Bassem Mohammed at the reception. He was truly exceptional, professional, calm, welcoming, and always ready to help. Coordinating multiple rooms and guests while maintaining such consistently excellent service is not easy, but he handled everything perfectly with a smile. The overall hospitality, comfort, and atmosphere of the hotel were fantastic, and our stay was made even more memorable because of the outstanding service we received. We will definitely be coming back, and honestly, a big reason for that is Bassem. Thank you for making our family stay so spec

Outstanding experience

I would like to share my sincere appreciation for the excellent hospitality I received during my stay, especially from the night manager, Bassem. When I first arrived, I had booked a standard room, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. I was honestly considering checking out on the very first night. However, the way Bassem handled my concern completely changed my experience. He listened carefully to my complaint with great professionalism, patience, and genuine care. His calm and respectful approach immediately made me feel comfortable and valued as a guest. Instead of making the situation difficult, he focused on finding a solution. He kindly offered me another room and arranged an upgrade, which made a huge difference and exceeded my expectations. Thanks to his outstanding hospitality and problem-solving skills, what could have been a negative experience turned into a very pleasant stay. Bassem truly represents excellent customer service, and his attitude reflects very positively on the hotel. I highly appreciate his efforts and professionalism, and I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again because of the way my situation was handled.

Amazing Pool Area

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would especially like to praise the pool area, in particular the pool for swimmers. This is truly another reason why we would come back. Swimmers can enjoy swimming in peace, and the pool is well heated during the colder months, which we really appreciated. Another very positive aspect is that there is no need to exchange cards for pool towels. We often find this quite annoying, as on vacation you want to relax and it’s easy to misplace the cards.

One thing I would like to mention is the service charge. I personally feel that a 20% tip is quite high. In some situations, I would have liked to give an extra tip to a waiter who really impressed us with excellent service. However, this feels less comfortable when the service charge is already 20%. If the standard tip were closer to 10%, it would feel more natural to reward outstanding service with something extra. One small suggestion for improvement would be to expand the breakfast area. In our opinion, the tables are placed a bit too closely together and too near the buffet.

Family friendly hotel and amazing swimming pool

The location , the cleanliness, the service was amazing especially the front desk staff Mr. Yaser he gave us the perfect room to accommodate my mother needs . Breakfast buffet was very delicious and diversified. They gave me special Nutella request when I needed it .. the staff very attentive and friendly. The lunch was at Zanzibar restaurant - delicious food and service by the staff. I will definitely keep coming back here

Perfect stay with amazing staff, thoughtful details, and a stunning sea view

We keep coming back to this hotel because we love it so much—it’s always perfect, and each time they manage to step it up even more. This time we were upgraded to a beautiful junior suite with a stunning sea view, and after dinner we were pleasantly surprised to find a fruit basket waiting for us, along with thoughtful goodnight towels and slippers by the bed. Every little detail is so well taken care of, and it truly makes us feel special. The food is amazing, the staff are incredibly kind and professional, and the whole experience is just wonderful. We’re definitely coming back again—thank you to the entire team for making our stay unforgettable!

Always a pleasure to stay at the Ajman hotel

We come regularly to this hotel and we recommend to friends also. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The beach and pool areas are wonderful and the rooms and common areas are always very clean. We feel at home here

The only thing I dislike is the very smoky environment of the bowling alley area. It is not healthy and unfortunately we do not allow our children to play due to the intense smell of stale smoke.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed the overall experience. The staff were kind, polite, and always ready to assist, which made us feel very welcome. We loved the food, the pool, and the beautiful beach — everything was well-maintained and enjoyable. A special thank you to the team for making our son’s birthday extra special. They surprised him with a small cake and even took the time to sing him a happy birthday. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and we really appreciated the effort — it meant a lot to us. Thank you again to all the staff for their warm hospitality and for helping create such lovely memories for our family.

I was a bit disappointed that the corridor outside our hotel room was quite warm, which made coming and going less comfortable. Additionally, we had requested connecting rooms for our stay but unfortunately didn’t get them. However, we did appreciate that the hotel managed to place us on the same floor with only three rooms between us, which helped make the situation more manageable
