Great hotel for a stay

Very nice property, mostly Russian tourists stay there. Big, comfy beds, good beach, a lot of food variety. They gave us free upgrade, thanks a lot!

A lot of toiletries in the bathroom, apart from female sanitary pads. Need to be added and I would give this hotel 10 out of 10

Lovely weekend spent at a beach resort

All the staff are friendly and efficient. We especially appreciate the family and kid-friendly pool and play area, which is perfect for us as we travel with our child. The hotel’s yard, with its rabbits and birds, is always a delight for our little one. It’s also great to see the hotel providing complimentary filtered tap water in glass bottles, which is a very sustainable practice. Additionally, being located on the border of Ajman gives us the opportunity to explore nearby attractions after check-out.

I really like the property. It’s simple and has everything for a comfortable beach staycation. The people who work there

The beach is well-kept and although it gets busy, it never feels too crowded. The sun beds are comfortably spaced. The rooms are cozy and amenities are complete. It feels like the staff, especially housekeeping, do their work with pride although I’m sure none of it is easy. The washroom/locker room near the beach is clean and functional.

I really like the property. It’s simple and has everything for a comfortable beach staycation. The people who work there, from the doormen to front of the house, locker room attendants, concierge, generally everyone Ive come across, seem happy to be doing what they do and that translates to a satisfying experience for me. Worth mentioning was Mr. Islam at reception who assisted my husband and son, when they decided to drop in late in the day. Thank you

Short stay, but full of great memories.

I really enjoyed my stay — the gym has amazing equipment, the tennis court was a great bonus, and the buffet was delicious. The room was cozy, and I loved the latte art at the coffee shop! The staff and manager were truly outstanding.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! The breakfast offered a fantastic variety of food, which we all enjoyed thoroughly. The staff were incredibly supportive and kind, and the receptionists were welcoming and friendly. My family especially loved the pools and the beachfront—it’s clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. Overall, it was a delightful experience that we’ll cherish. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable!

The staff giving the towel should have a training on how to deal with guests. We were interrogated if we are guests in the hotel and told her I took 2 rooms but still insisted to show the key and want us to come back.

Our favorite hotel in UAE ,we stopped counting our visits we pass 10 times ,my kids love it so much ,they have few peacocks and many other kind of birds ,also the garden big ,the beach short walking distance from the hotel ,plus natural beach best beach for us we ever tried to swim in UAE,staffs are great ,the rooms ready we did not need to call the housekeeping to bring water or touls the staffs already provide extra ,very clean ,the food is great ,hotel great on sustainability all reusable water bottles plus toothbrushes from recycled plastic ,

Bit disappointing stay

The staff are friendly

We were disappointed as the property has removed the slide in the pool, construction is also on going so there was the smell of paint on the corridors. A bad smell was also coming from somewhere :(

Looked for a pleasant, relaxing, all inclusive stay without alcohol in and around me.. Got it here!

Liked the food, restaurants & comfy beds in room. Pool temperature was well maintained. Good sea view from room as well as pool! Deepak from house keeping team was very supportive. Everyone at the breakfast restaurant were friendly and attentive.

table tennis location (lot fun if they're indoors), non operating air hockey tables, salty pool water .. Wish bathroom in rooms are upgraded , looks a bit old and under maintained.

access to beach is nice, 2 pools, but most importantly delicious food. If you are booking this place make sure to include the food (breakfast,lunch and dinner) or at least breakfast and dinner. this place is very family friendly, lots of families with kids. downstairs is decorated and furnished really nicely and stylish. there is a spa place there so you could get massages.

the rooms could use some updating and some carpeting however they are clean and are being cleaned daily.

Volleyball net at the beach was very convenient and constantly jumping out of the bay waters fish was fun to watch. Breakfast was ok.

The sea view room on the very right we’ve been put in was super noisy cos of all the AC’s under our window and once we tried to open a window for some fresh air we ended up having a very strong food smell in the room (probably restaurant’s exhaust) 🤦🏼‍♀️ About 97% of all the guests in this hotel were russians which I personally if knew beforehand would rather give a preference to a different one 🤷🏼‍♀️ All the paper notes in the room were left for me wasn’t in English. And receptionist suggested to fill in the form on the time of checking in not in English either. Very frustrating
