The facilities and location were great..

I was given a room but A/C was not working and disappointinly the hotel did nothing to fix the situation, despite my attempts to report the problem to guest service several times.. A bad experience wasted my 2 days holiday and very disappointing service from Sheraton which supposed to be 5 Stars.. It was really 2 hot painful nights..

Acceptable but a bit outdated premises and check-in staff was unprofessional.

There was no toothbrush in the room. Check-in staff was nosy and did not respect privacy. Was inquiring unnecessarily regarding a female visitor using hotel policy as an excuse. There wasn't any obvious reason nor any indication of indecent behavior on our part to cause such detailed inquiries.

Swimming pool is excellent and wide with diffrent levels serving all ages, hotel rooms are big and restaurant are nice.Also, all staff are coopertive. Furthermore, hotel beach and location close to sharjah and ajman

Nice location next to the beach. Staff is really kind and helpfull. Valet is perfect and mostly on time. Staff at the beach really helpfull to find a bed if everything is taken.

Unfortunately this has been the second time that the room service is really poor. My son has a (skin) allergy and needs clean towels every day but they keep forgetting last time And this time. It does not suit a hotel brand like this with such a poor room service. Especially considering the price you pay per night. I should honestly say that the management does try and push the staff to a higher standard but there is just a lack of professionalism.

All in all a lovely stay

Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. I stayed at the hotel with mom, she was about to have her birthday in two days. We arrived at around 9am and were told that our room will be available at 3pm, but we could spend that time at the beach using the pool facilities and beach towels and sun beds. We went to the storage room to take out our swimming suits when a manager came in and gave us a great surprise that there was a room for us and since my mom will soon have her birthday it was a bigger room. Actually it was a one bedroom suite! We really appreciated it. On her birthday, mom also found a yummy cake and a few balloons in the room. The food was great, fresh, tasty, with a variety of meals; main dishes were different every day (we booked half board and could change dinner for lunch when we needed). The hotel is old but doesnt seem worn, it’s clean and has all the necessary facilities. There are no entertainment activities which we were aware of and it was ok for us. The shallow sea and closed beach area are perfect for little kids. There are two heated swimming pools and a very small one for toddlers and little kids.

Unfortunately, the beach area is not too big and the swimming area in the sea is limited by a huge breakwater because of which at the time of a low tide there is not much water left and it’s not even reaching your knee level! So, forget about swimming there. While we were waiting for the rising tide, we everyday went to the neighbouring hotel’s swimming area where the sea level is always great.

Thanks to the kind and helpful staff, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. My two reservations were both upgraded! Both the hotel room and the view of the sea were wonderful.

Both times I stayed there, the rooms weren't spotless. Also, the ref wasn't functioning well, and there was dust in different parts of the room. They are really slow to respond whenever I dial "0" on the phone.

Best staycation place!

Always an amazing stay! Hagar at the reception was really friendly and accomodating, staff in the pool, restaurant, valet and the room helpers were all very kind and attentive to all our needs. Their rooms are very spacious, bathroom has a big bathtub, the bed and pillows are very comfortable. Also, in this summer heat, they managed to keep their showers cold (pool and beach area, even in the rooms) which is really refreshing and a huge plus! This has been a go-to hotel everytime we want to go for a weekend break. Couldn't recommend this hotel enough. Thank you everyone!

The bell boys, especially Mr Sanjeev and Ramzan were very kind and nice, they were very helpful. Also the manager Mr Hassan and his team were very courteous and helpful. Not forgetting the room service staff, they were also very polite and nice. The staff at the coffee shop in the lobby were also very nice. Overall the ambience, stay and breakfast was amazing.

The staff at the restaurant was very rude towards us , me and my wife were just surveying the restaurant in the evening on 12 April at around 8pm and clicking some pictures of ourselves. He came to us and asked to order something, we told him that we don't feel like ordering we are just seeing the menu and the place, if we want to order we will order but he said if you are come to a restaurant you have to order and we cannot come to a restaurant without ordering, he was very rude and indirectly he asked us to leave. Although the restaurant was empty, there very barely any guest for dinner. We were not occupying any table or no one was kept waiting because of us. Please train your staff

· Room 333, is probably the worst room available (I booked my stay 3 weeks in advance not last minute). The room is far away from the photos of the booking and probably within 2-star hotel standards. It made my working holiday start with the wrong step. I have been to Sheraton all over the world but this room was terrible. I strongly suggest refurbishing this room ASAP. The room was falling apart, the hairdryer sticky as it was melting, and previous guests used tissues to hold it. The room was badly finished as per the photo below. Also, the ironing board was stained. Sea view but not like the booking photos. Apparently, I selected from my phone by mistake the wrong internet (fast internet) and I didn't even notice. I was charged 75 euros for the internet. Please be careful when you select internet or you will get charged. I travel to Dubai often and on this occasion, Sheraton was not the right choice. I will be travelling again to Dubai soon but Sheraton, do you think this is a suitable room? Do you think that I could trust to book another room? I didn't ask for a refund or discount but how would you feel if you had the same experience? I would appreciate a discussion of the stay with The Sheraton Management team.
