location is very nice very quiet very clean love the spot the pools are very nice and big beachfront

I like location and the recieption team very fast check inn and all the staff was very helpful specially the pool team they are amazing team and valley team also

We had a wonderful stay at Ajman Saray. The private beach was excellent - easily accessible at all times, clean, and with pools and pool bars conveniently close by. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with an amazing uninterrupted sea view that made the stay even more special. We booked an all-inclusive package and got to try almost all the available cuisines - the food was consistently great and had plenty of variety. The staff were outstanding; always friendly, attentive, and ready to support us whenever we needed anything. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable experience and perfect for a relaxing getaway.

The bedsheets and pillow covers they smell Clorox , the laundry department needs to wash it properly and add some fragrance like comfort , also some of the restaurant staff need proper training they are week in English communication

Beach / Pool area brilliant, breakfast was great, the room was stunning with large balcony. Staff are exceptional here, better than Dubai hotels. So attentive. Value for money was amazing, just 1-hour drive from Dubai and 1/3 of the cost with all the trimmings.

Besides the in-house service offered, the breakfast was a perfect 10/10. I have travelled a lot, but the spread and attention to making sure every guest was well catered too was remarkable. Keep up the good work.

Cleanliness and comfort, Morden amenities, view & location, space & layout of room was excellent, it was quiet and peaceful.

Maybe more indoor facilities as we visited during the summer time and most of the time we were indoors but nothing much to explore or do.

It’s clean tidy and next to my home +to the beach.

The price of the 3 nights is too expensive + the breakfast meal is not included to that high price of booking and reservation ****I believe that witoh such a high price at least one of the three meals should be included!!

Overall experience was good , except few inconveniences faced due to non working condition of elevator

The site is very well planned. Food is excellent. Management of the hotel is perfectly set – all services, staffs are working as one mechanism, starting from the reception and concierge to the beach attendants. All our inquires were responded super fast and friendly. Thanks to Vista restaurant – to the chef and to the staffs (Hala, Seema, Tsega, Lindo, Noel, Ibrahim, Nedad) and Vista bar (Lhezard is a master of cocktails) for their amazing professionalism, care, attention to details, responsiveness. Beach attendant Haris is super attentive and caring, he contributed to making our stay restful. We stayed at room 215, and we every enjoyed care and attention of the cleaning room service.

The beach and the aquatorium area are quite modest. The site would be even more attractive if more bushes or trees are there.

Great service, friendly stuff, but lack of beds on the beach.

Beach is small and people come at 6 to leave the towels and keep the Sun beds. The variety of food could be better.

The location was good and confortable.

There was an event on the next hotel and we could hear all the music, it was too loud, the good thing was that it finished not to late.

Lovely staff, great breakfast and very nice pool/beach area.

The pillows were terrible, as were the sheets on the bed. This was a shame as the room and balcony were very nice.

At the reception we met a wonderful young man by the name of Eslam. He is very professional and polite. His listening abilities and the way he handled our situation was exceptional.

Everything in the room, hotel facilities, reception, was superb in all aspects (cleanliness, comfort, luxurious feeling). The pool (with DJ) and the beach also were amazing and very nicely maintained. The breakfast in general was great and and I enjoyed it alot but didn't like the Foul Medammes much. The varieties of the dishes and quality in breakfast were super appealing and mouth watering. Thanks to the hotel management for such a successful and amazing team.

It was hot in the corridor in the 8th floor. Seems the AC was shutdown or kept at a very low temp.

From the moment we arrived, the concierge team took care of our luggage even before we got out of the taxi. So prompt! We were escorted in, given warm towels and a refreshing drink while we waited for check in. You instantly feel more relaxed after a long trip. We were checked in by Taimoor who provided an exceptional service to us, helped us check in a lot earlier and was a real pleasure to deal with overall. We were so grateful to him for sorting us out so quickly. The hotel itself is stunning. The pool area, the private beach and the facilities are fantastic. The shielded Bay Area is perfect for swimming. The beach is so clean and there are no stones or shells which makes it great for swimming in the ocean. Comfortable lounges by the pool and the beach. The team working there are proactive with getting you a lounge, helping with towels and making sure you are well taken care of. The room is large, comfortable, new and beautifully appointed. We had the ocean view room and it is well worth it. The water, coffee and tea, milk, honey and other things provided in the room are great. Massive shower and a separate bath, great size balcony, all wonderful. We were so grateful for the housekeeping team. Especially Rukshan who looked after us did an outstanding job every day and we were so impressed, even making a towel elephant and towel swans for us. Even though we only stayed for 4 nights, the sheets were changed in our room midway through the stay. I also want to mention Imrana, the housekeeping manager who checked in with us to make sure we were happy and everything was done to our liking. I travel a lot and I have to say this hotel has the best housekeeping standards and the best team. They really went above and beyond. Buffet breakfast and dinner were great. Wide selection and the dishes varied day to day. We didn’t have an all inclusive options so don’t know what that’s like.

It was too sad to leave.

Staff was rude, iron is very bad im not sure why they use bad qualoty it never irones any type of clothes, the staffs supervisor she is very rude, try to explain my situation then told her will change the hotel she welcomed amd never negotiated the issue to underatand..

Basically everything, the room, the view, the food and the hospitality The reception team was awesome specially Marina she was very helpful

I think the restaurant team needs a bit of training, they are polite however some hospitality basics was somehow puzzling to them Another thing I didn’t like, I was on a hurry and one from the team got into the elevator on 4th floor and left of the 3rd floor, I know I sound ridiculous but I was in hurry and come on it’s one floor, take the stairs
