    We booked 2 guest rooms with king beds. We arrived at the hotel at 3:30PM, only one room was ready which could be fine if something was organised to make us wait, which was not the case. We then all 6 waited in the only room with 2 single beds. We went to the pool with no news until 6PM when I decided to go check. The 2nd room was in fact ready but no one told us. Contrary to what was indicated in our booking, the 2nd room was also a 2 single beds room. 6PM already being late, we decided to stick with the situation in order not to wait another hour or 2. We explained the situation to management the next day, several solutions were proposed (lounge access, late checkout) but none could accommodate us as we planned several visits in the afternoon. In the end we just left with having spent a mediocre 2 days. Good points nevertheless : - The hotel is really beautiful, the building itlself as much as the decoration inside ; - Breakfast is great, everything is really tasty and there a great variety of food ; - Staff is really friendly.
