Overall, my stay was frustrating and disappointing due to unhelpful staff, long waits, and poor serv

The breakfast at the restaurant was a highlight, with healthy food that met my expectations.

I arrived at the hotel early in the morning at around 9:00am after a very tiring journey. I understood that the official check-in time was 15:00, but I politely requested an early check-in and made it clear that I was willing to pay any additional fee because I was physically and mentally exhausted. Unfortunately, the receptionist was not helpful or understanding. I was made to wait until 11:45am before being given a room, and despite the long wait, I was still charged a full day rate. I did not feel that my situation was handled with care or professionalism. After finally receiving my room, I was told my luggage would be brought up for me. However, I had to wait about 25 minutes in my room for my bags to arrive from the lobby, which was frustrating after an already long and tiring wait. The poor service continued at check-out. I called reception to request a trolley and assistance with my luggage, but after waiting 15 minutes with no help, I had no choice but to manage everything myself. This delay almost caused me to be late for my flight to the airport, which added unnecessary stress at the end of my stay. Overall, I felt poorly treated and unsupported by the staff. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.

A great place to stay if visiting Ajman. They even have bus rides to shopping malls.

Nicely sized rooms with balconies facing the Arabian Gulf and the beach. Beach access was simple. Buffet breakfast had a massive choice. The massage spa used by my group was great too. Very comfortable beds.

Maybe the window sound proofing could be improved as we could hear the sports cars accelerating in the middle of the night on the road below.

First we were given a smoking room, which we did not request. They they moved us to a upgraded room, which had a terrible pain/glue smell. Finally -we were moved to a large one bedroom apartment with no additional cost. Too mich action before gettinginto our room, but happy ending😊

Comfortable and enjoyable stay with good foods and value for money

Breakfast and dinner were very good with a vast spread of items. All arrangements for kids movie, beach pick and drop were timely and well coordinated. Stay was comfortable and peaceful. All amenities in the room were good and overall hygiene was good.

The indoor swimming pool was bit deep for children, there was a dusty smell initially when we checked in which later we didn't feel.

It was really dirty i mean the sheets had stains and the bathroom was really dirty i didn’t even use it and there was a really strong strange smell in the hotel specially in the room and it was awful to be honest i booked for 2 nights but i checked out after the first, im not gonna lie it was the worst stay i ever had in any of the hotels around the world i stayed in

The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-furnished. The bedroom was comfortable with a cozy bed, and the kitchen had all the basic essentials I needed. The location was excellent—close to shops, restaurants, and transport options—which made my stay convenient.

There was some noise from the street at night, and a few small things could be improved such as providing extra towels and toiletries. The check-in process also took longer than expected, which was a bit inconvenient.

Wonderful and worth

Our room was spacious and offered a mesmerizing view. We're truly pleased with the overall service. The housekeeping and room service were excellent, and we can't forget to mention Janaka. He was a key factor in making us feel at home with his very positive attitude from the moment we arrived at the hotel. We arrived at the hotel during a busy time, but everything was managed smoothly. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the beach facilities, although the sea was a bit challenging to navigate. I believe that was simply due to the natural sea conditions. The food was delicious and full of flavor. The staff is well-trained to manage the busy environment without causing any stress for the guests. Overall, we had a wonderful and memorable experience

Good place to stay

This is not my first stay in Ramada Ajman. The price is adequate to the quality. Good breakfast. Of course, rooms with a sea view are preferable. Due to a change in plans, I had to extend my stay and there were rooms with a city view only. Well, so-so... This time I did not use the beach or bus service to Dubai Mall, it was already too hot. You can soak your feet in water the temperature of fresh milk in the evening right opposite the hotel. Dinner with a good choice and an adequate price, but not for every day. For variety, there are many delicious places in the area. Special thanks to the guy Aboul for the high-quality cleaning.

In room 607 the water in the shower drained very poorly. Even with low pressure the bathroom turned into a swimming pool.

The thing we loved the most about our stay was the excellent staff of the hotel. Specially NAZMUL who cleaned our room and even made a little extra touch by designing an elephant towel and the kids loved it.He even checked if we need anything else. He was very nice and courteous and always greeted us with a warm smile. Also the Restaurant staff are great specially DILYANI,they gave us complimentary birthday cake and made my husband feel special. Also, JESSICA the healthclub/pool staff are very attentive and nice. She is very knowledgeable of her job and made our pool experience more safe and enjoyable.The staff of Ramada Ajman Beach Hotel are at par one of the best team when it comes to hospitality compared to so many other hotels we have stayed so far. The property is great, nice buffet, clean and spacious room with a scenic beach view.

We have to cross the road to get to the beach and mostly sunbeds and beach huts are occupied so its better to come early to the beach so you can choose a nice place.
