Very pleasant and hard working staff

Staff did their best to make ourstay comfortable

First we were given a smoking room, which we did not request. They they moved us to a upgraded room, which had a terrible pain/glue smell. Finally -we were moved to a large one bedroom apartment with no additional cost. Too mich action before gettinginto our room, but happy ending😊

Comfortable and enjoyable stay with good foods and value for money

Breakfast and dinner were very good with a vast spread of items. All arrangements for kids movie, beach pick and drop were timely and well coordinated. Stay was comfortable and peaceful. All amenities in the room were good and overall hygiene was good.

The indoor swimming pool was bit deep for children, there was a dusty smell initially when we checked in which later we didn't feel.

It was really dirty i mean the sheets had stains and the bathroom was really dirty i didn’t even use it and there was a really strong strange smell in the hotel specially in the room and it was awful to be honest i booked for 2 nights but i checked out after the first, im not gonna lie it was the worst stay i ever had in any of the hotels around the world i stayed in

Overall, it was a pleasant stay with great comfort and location, just a few minor improvements needed to make it perfect

The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-furnished. The bedroom was comfortable with a cozy bed, and the kitchen had all the basic essentials I needed. The location was excellent—close to shops, restaurants, and transport options—which made my stay convenient.

There was some noise from the street at night, and a few small things could be improved such as providing extra towels and toiletries. The check-in process also took longer than expected, which was a bit inconvenient.

Wonderful and worth

Our room was spacious and offered a mesmerizing view. We're truly pleased with the overall service. The housekeeping and room service were excellent, and we can't forget to mention Janaka. He was a key factor in making us feel at home with his very positive attitude from the moment we arrived at the hotel. We arrived at the hotel during a busy time, but everything was managed smoothly. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the beach facilities, although the sea was a bit challenging to navigate. I believe that was simply due to the natural sea conditions. The food was delicious and full of flavor. The staff is well-trained to manage the busy environment without causing any stress for the guests. Overall, we had a wonderful and memorable experience

Good place to stay

This is not my first stay in Ramada Ajman. The price is adequate to the quality. Good breakfast. Of course, rooms with a sea view are preferable. Due to a change in plans, I had to extend my stay and there were rooms with a city view only. Well, so-so... This time I did not use the beach or bus service to Dubai Mall, it was already too hot. You can soak your feet in water the temperature of fresh milk in the evening right opposite the hotel. Dinner with a good choice and an adequate price, but not for every day. For variety, there are many delicious places in the area. Special thanks to the guy Aboul for the high-quality cleaning.

In room 607 the water in the shower drained very poorly. Even with low pressure the bathroom turned into a swimming pool.

The thing we loved the most about our stay was the excellent staff of the hotel. Specially NAZMUL who cleaned our room and even made a little extra touch by designing an elephant towel and the kids loved it.He even checked if we need anything else. He was very nice and courteous and always greeted us with a warm smile. Also the Restaurant staff are great specially DILYANI,they gave us complimentary birthday cake and made my husband feel special. Also, JESSICA the healthclub/pool staff are very attentive and nice. She is very knowledgeable of her job and made our pool experience more safe and enjoyable.The staff of Ramada Ajman Beach Hotel are at par one of the best team when it comes to hospitality compared to so many other hotels we have stayed so far. The property is great, nice buffet, clean and spacious room with a scenic beach view.

We have to cross the road to get to the beach and mostly sunbeds and beach huts are occupied so its better to come early to the beach so you can choose a nice place.

MARVELOUS

The moment I entered, I was warmly welcomed by the bell boy who took care of my luggage’s, from the taxi. I was again warmly greeted by the security and front office staff especially the Indian guy who was so friendly conversing with me when he was doing my check in process which was s very swift and smooth. I was then taken to my room, my luggage’s was assisted by a gentle and good mannered security guy, sorry I forgot his name, he is from SriLanka. The location is very much optimal for all facilities including, 24hrs super market, many restaurants but in my honest opinion don’t miss the hotels King’s Grill buffet lunch and dinner which is provided at very good discount for the hotel guests and the food is amazing. Very good private beach and good view from my room balcony. Though the day I was vacating was in full rush Mr.Meahmood gave me a short late check out. My sincere and hearty praise and thanks to all the staffs of RAMADA BEACH HOTEL. Will surely visit again.

I was upgraded to a beachfront room with a great view over the sea. I was able to park my car free of charge at the hotel. Its a good location for the beach.

Hotel directly at the beach including a great restaurant with local and internal food

This hotel was exactly what we searched for! We wanted a hotel near the beach including a good restaurants with local and internal food. For people who want to chill and just relax this hotel in the emirate Ajman is perfect! The private beach is directly in front of the hotel passing the street. You will get a fresh towel everyday and there are a lot of comfortable sunbeds enough for everybody. The beach has a small shop with all necessary things and a lot of activities to offer - beach volleyball, jetski, bananaboat, etc. - we had a lot of fun. The beach is clean and guards are always watching the conditions in case of heavy waves. The hotel restaurant and staff is extraordinary! We stayed 10 nights and everyday one new meal was offered compared to the last day besides the overall possibility to choose from fish, meat, vegetarian and desserts! Also the breakfast was really great and we were very satisfied! The hotel offered daily rides to the Dubai Mall and the Ajman Central Mall for free! Also the service of the concierge and the lobby staff was great. We were able to change our room without problems due to construction works on the beach side - but we were informed about this before. The staff speaks and understands English but some Russian would be useful, too ... 95% of the visitors were Russians.

See I didnt find it logical to wear a band to ask for water/cola/food. Room no is sufficient.

Reception staff, concierge staff and house keeping staff. They provided the best service possible. Very impressive.

We had 6 nights package with all inclusive (breakfast, dinner and lunch). We were told, if we needed anything we can just ask the restaurant to provided which were included in the package. Out of the 18 meals we have taken only 1 meal and rest we did not. Not even a bottle of water. The reason was the restaurant staffs made it very difficult to provide us with even a glass of cola if we did not wear red bands. While checking in we made it very clear that we are not going to wear that band and roam around UAE. Then they said then its ok, we can just tell them our room no and all services will be provided. But next day afternoon, we had a friend visiting us. While going for lunch to restaurant we informed the suited man at the restaurant door that I have a friend with me and he will take lunch with us and I will pay extra for him. He said its ok and given us a table to sit. While having lunch, an waitress came to us to the table and asking us why we don't have the red bands and we have wear it and so on. She kept arguing insisting us to wear wear the bands. I told her that we will not wear the bands and it was explained while checking in. Now she won't listen to that. According to her we have to wear it no matter what. She was basically harassing us on the lunch table. I kept my cool since there were guests around and told her that we are not going to wear those bands no matter what! While exiting from the restaurant another waiter stopped us and asked me only 3 pax are allowed to have lunch but we were 4 pax. The suited guy at the restaurant entrance I mentioned earlier was standing beside him. I told that suited guy, "Didn't I inform you that I have a guest?". Then he said yes sir you did. Then why did the waiter ask me this question and I lost my cool. I told them either your staff communication is not good or you lack professionalism. I felt very insulted for their such behavior. This is not expected of Ramada!
