Front of house and concierge staff super helpful and polite. Especially, Kamal & Jafar on parking
size of room, bed linen, comfortable bed
TV only worked intermittently, toilet not seperate from bathroom, breakfast closing time unnecessarily strict. At 10.30 although my partner was already eating breakfast, they would not allow me to eat as it was 10.30 and already closing the food area. Despite paying in advance for this. Unnecessary!

Location is near cith centre and ideal for visiting my son who is the University there. Staff are very friendly, especially Jafar
