We did not receive a connecting room, even though we requested for one. The kettle boiler was not working in the room

Clean, fresh beds and room. Nice pool. Good collection of restaurants. Located next to a little mall and a few convenient stores.

I requested a taxi for 0540, but it wasn't there when I came down. Staff had to run out to catch one for me.

Amazing hotel with amazing staff and facilities

Very professional staff. Special thanks to Basheer in the reception. Basheer was very friendly and supportive. Basheer handled our checkin very quickly even though we arrived late. Basheer took extra effort for our request to provide rooms next to each other. Overall the property is top class and is close to many attractions. Spa is also exceptional.

Not clear, very poor facilities, a lot of noise, beds are not comfortable (mattresses and pillows), kettles and iron not working, food at restaurant were not international (only India)

My family and I enjoyed staying at the Radisson Blue in Ajman. From the moment we entered our room, we were greeted with an immaculate space that showcased the hotel's commitment to cleanliness and attention to detail. On two separate occasions, we required assistance from the front desk – once for the air conditioning and another time for the closet safe. In both instances, the response was swift, with staff addressing our concerns both efficiently and courteously. Our breakfast experience at the hotel was another highlight. The food was both delightful in taste and varied in options, ensuring that our meals were memorable. Additionally, the hotel's centralised location in Ajman proved to be a significant advantage. It provided us with easy access to various attractions and amenities in the city, enhancing our overall stay. Lastly, a good night's sleep is paramount when travelling, and the comfortable bed ensured we were well-rested for our adventures. In summary, our stay at the Radisson Blue in Ajman was marked by exemplary service, great food, and a prime location.

Our recent stay at the Radisson Blue in Ajman, while marked by some positive experiences, unfortunately had its share of challenges. Upon our arrival at 4 p.m., we were informed that our room was not ready, despite the hotel's specified check-in time of 3 p.m. This was a significant inconvenience, especially after a long journey with two children in tow. We had to leave the premises and were only contacted again at 4:50 p.m., meaning our check-in was effectively delayed until 5 p.m. While the hotel did offer a late check-out as a gesture of goodwill, this was not particularly beneficial to us due to other commitments we had. The following morning, I approached the reception to request a discount in light of the check-in inconvenience. However, I was informed that such a request should have been made the previous day, which seemed counterintuitive given the circumstances. Additionally, the hotel's pool area, while aesthetically pleasing, lacked sufficient seating to accommodate the number of rooms. This made it challenging to find a spot to relax and enjoy the facilities. In summary, while the Radisson Blue in Ajman has its merits, our experience was marred by logistical oversights and a lack of flexibility in addressing guest concerns. We hope that the hotel takes these points into consideration for future guests.
