It was a great location, close to bus services, supermarkets, restaurants and beach.

Staff were very friendly and helpful

It’s an old place but it was clean. Having some dish detergent to wash dishes and a kitchen towel, a couple of bowls and a teaspoon would make it better in the kitchen. Freezer needs defrosting. Just pay attention to the little things.

Disappointing and unfair experience, the hotel did not honor my confirmed booking.

The location was convenient and check-in was smooth at first. The room itself was okay for a budget stay.

I booked 2 nights at Al Smouh Hotel in Ajman through Booking.com but was only allowed 1 night. The hotel changed my booking dates without consent and later claimed I had signed for it, which is untrue. When I questioned them, they blamed Booking.com as a “third-party” and had no clear answer. This is unacceptable, I’ve traveled to 13 countries with Booking.com and see this problem often. Hotels play with guests always but no one cares

I found a piece of broken glass on the floor, towels are worn out badly, all TV channels were not working properly, overall it was a waste of money, not worth it.

All the staff without exception are very helpful and kind. Bed is comfy and there is a washing machine, a microwave and fridge in the room.

It’s location.

No room Sandals even when you request they tell you point black they don’t offer such yet it’s not mentioned on the website, no water in the room, only one towel was placed yet it was a couple. Generally they have a lot to improve on.
