Excellent staycation at the clean-water sandy-beach
Staff members are very kind and helpful. Hotel's director was greeting people in person during the Christmas tree evening, organized by the hotel. Beach and the sea are great - no waves, clean and safe to swim. Overall, this is a great hotel (real 5 stars)!

Beautiful Hotel, great staff
Beautiful hotel, gorgeous well heated large pool with swim up bar, great beach and ocean access, and three great restaurants onsite staff were incredibly helpful, especially Rahul at the front desk and our concierge from Ghana. Had a great free room upgrade to the 10th floor, really thoughtful perk.
It's a good 50-60 minute drive to downtown Dubai, but they have a feee shuttle bus that goes there at 10am. Pillows were a bit thick, but small detail.

Choose a different hotel.
I didn’t particularly like anything. The hotel is isolated from everything. The only good thing is the sea view.
The hotel is in need of renovation — at best, it deserves a modest four-star rating. The all-inclusive service is extremely poor; it’s basically the same as full board and is only available in one restaurant. You don’t get any additional benefits with it. The food is identical every day and truly below average in every aspect.

Excellent place to stay on the beach away from congestion.
The location is excellent directly on the beach. The room was large with full amenities and a balcony. Breakfast is not to be missed! Free valet parking was an advantage.

Absolutely brilliant, a very relaxing stay!
It’s a fantastic property, staff are brilliant, especially with children. It’s comfortable, spa is amazing, pool, beach. We had a wonderful time and couldn’t really fault it!
My only complaint is that the blue cheese and Brie were served at breakfast only, and the yogurt too. That said, I’m sure the staff would have fetched some if we asked!

It’s a fine hotel with good overall service and facilities
The location is prime and very serene. Overall staffs are very helpful and cordial.
The shower water is very slow and heats up very slowly. We want a heavy shower so we fill energised. Specially during late evening hot Water is very rarely available in shower. During breakfast the staffs are very keen on removing everything right at dot 11, which isn’t as issue but they are very reluctant to refill finished items even 15 minutes or 10 Minutes before the buffet is closing. The restaurant staffs must be more cordial. How ever the egg station chef is a gem And almost covers up for the other staffs (not all)
