Loved the location and views. Very clean and everything seemed new and fresh. All the things we needed were there: kettle, iron, microwave, WiFi, air con.
Nothing we didn’t like. Not suitable for people with mobility issues due to stairs.

The location was unbelievably amazing !
The stairs up to the top floor were a killer and we had to leave our luggage in storage .

Great location right in the heart of Dubrovnik Old Town.
The room in which we stayed, the Deluxe Double Studio, is a converted attic and has a very odd layout, with an open staircase right in the middle of the room, with the roof sloping down very low at both sides of the room, meaning there is very little space in the room in which you can actually stand up straight, and if there is more than one person you are constantly getting in one another's way- I would certainly not recommend this room type. The beds were also too hard and quite uncomfortable and the bathroom small and finished to a poor standard.
