The apartment was clean and well situated.

The fire alarm went off in the room close to the entrance at 9:30 at night on Tuesday during our stay. I started calling for help at 9:33 pm and had to call 3 times because either I was hung up on or left on hold. The last person I spoke to said they spoke to the general manager and a technician would be sent out to see what the issue was. This all took over an hour. We were told to go outside and wait for help. We stood outside in our pajamas and finally sat in the car. All this said since no one was coming or helping we called 911. They came in less than 10 minutes and gave us the all clear. It was a faulty fire alarm. While that happened the technician finally came and brought a new alarm. This was a terrible experience. Thank God it was not a true emergency as we were not getting any help from any of you. Your response time was terrible. This really needs improvement.

Very uncomfortable couch chairs, no table to eat at or for games, building/unit very old/dated overall, should have drapes on bedroom windows, bathtub/shower didn’t drain, all 3 TVs didn’t work, too far from Key West strip

Overall nice property! Nice kitchen and bedrooms. Easy process to check in.

The bathtub was very clogged when you used it. Had issue with neighbors upstairs the last two night with moving things across the floor and loud.

I provided us a great place to stay while we explored the key.

Quiet location.

No broom or vacuum to clean the floor from the sand from our beach days. The couch that was provided was not what was in the pictures and was uncomfortable to sleep on for adults. Also the fridge was different from in the pic. No ice maker or water dispenser.

Good location, was in a nice area, close to sightseeing spots without being congested. Nice home away from home. Kitchen had dishes and equipment ready to use; you need only to bring your own groceries so that was great.

Beds in rooms were comfortable. Sleeper sofa mattress could be more comfortable.

Cozy home, very cute ! I loved key west vibe of town, people. I like bikes, scooters, golf carts, live bands, music in streets, restaurants and bars. Love that your within 2 -3 miles of everything you need.

L IThere was no bedding on the pull out bed. When i called the "local" number it was a service that promises I'd be called within an hour. No one called and no one called the next day either. I had to call again. There is no excuse for not having bedding. My entire party was made to feel uncomfortable

. There was also a complete lack of communication prior to our stay. I emailed 3 times, called several time and even texted. Nothing until just before our arrival
