This 2 bedroom 2 bath town-home is just what you are looking for. *****PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A MINIMUM MONTHLY RENTAL ONLY.***** | The amenities include two community pools, a gym, and a butterfly garden. This community is located on Stock Island which is five miles from Duval Street and all of the Historic Old Town Key West attractions. The property is also located two miles from some of the best beaches on the island. Enjoy world-class fishing access either using your own boat with nearby deep-water access to the Atlantic, or by chartering a boat at any of our local marinas. All properties are outfitted with washer/dryer, pots, pans, towels, linens, have central air conditioning, parking for up to 2 vehicles and access to two community pools. Peak season rates for January through March.*Pets may be considered

We stayed at very nice location in key west, and we enjoyed our stay there, the unit we stayed at was comfortable, but it did need some work, the sliding doors to the patio do not close properly and there is a large gap between doors, the bathroom fixtures need to be replaced they are very difficult to pull open. I would recommend it to a friend if these items were resolved.

We enjoyed our stay at the Golf Club a great deal, and are signed up for next year! The condo was in good shape and clean, and we like the location. The development is very friendly, lots of people walking about, many with their dogs. We actually spent a great deal of time at the development, using the fitness center and large swimming pool. On-site property management is a plus.
