Everyone must be 25 years or older. Families are welcome as long as children are accompanied with their parents and primary renters are 25 years or older. We do not accommodate bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, student groups or construction workers-NO EXCEPTIONS

No units will be able to accommodate a check-in earlier than 12pm.
Check out: 10AM - We do not accommodate late check outs.
Items provided: All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided for your convenience. You are provided an initial supply of bath soap, dish washing liquid, toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels. Additional supplies are the responsibility of the renter, or once the initial supply is used.
Pool heating is $100 per week and must be requested in advance

This house is great, but the owners need to invest in maintenance. Pool has huge chips in pool finish, spiral staircase is cracked, deck boards on deck /dock are completely loose, there is a huge anchor near the dock that is rusting away...looks cool but the sharp edges protruding at toe level is very dangerous. We had AC issues and Ant / Roach issues....The property management company was prompt and helpful in remedying the AC and bug issues. I stayed in this home about 10 years ago and had some great expectations as the way I remembered it....I don't think they have fixed or done anything in 10 years.
