The property manager Jenny" was very rude and disrespectful. She claiming we were making noises was not even the room.

This was a very middle range option in terms of a stay. Not the fanciest one but when on a budget this is a good option. There was a few things we were unhappy with but overall I would stay again if I had to. We were promised on the listing we could park 2 cars and when we get there, they then told us it would cost us $25 per day for an extra pass. The room was okay and clean but not the best. Wifi was slow, beds were uncomfortable and there was limited ac upstairs. Like I said, not the fanciest, but gets the job done. I enjoyed the pool and the dock areas a lot. It’s definitely not a “resort” in terms of the services or amenities but it’s a place to stay.

Horrible stay management would not clean our room and wouldn’t give me a refund. If I could upload videos I would show the all the termite wings that were on the bed. I would never recommend anyone to stay at that hotel.

Very comfortable,clean and secure. Perfect location for all your needs. Unique in amenities. Nice swimming pool with spa. Marina was a pleasant surprise. Fishing is allowed. Our only disappointment was the toiletries. Very watered down and of poor quality. Next time we bring our own. We will be back each time we visit Key West.

Great place overall and would definitely come back. Only major complaint is they don’t exchange towels. Apparently and old Covid policy that has never been reversed. Kind of annoying when you are staying for a full week and have to go to the laundromat to wash your own towels. But they did offer us late checkout at 11am vs 10am, so that was nice.

Our stay at Mallory was OK. We loved the chickens! It is a long way from where the action is. Very few restaurants close by. Just understand where you are staying. We used Lyft and that was convenient as parking in the main part of the city is very difficult.

The property shorted us a pool towel, and when we asked for one more the manager made it seem as if we were being a disturbance to her day. The boathouse "Gumbos" was advertised as a bar with frozen drinks, and snackbar, gameroom, which had no one there ever, no drinks, nothing but some chips on the top of the bar. No way to turn on pooltable light to play pool after dark. Also advertised, boardgames at office to check out, manager said there was none. We stayed for 1 week and they do not offer any linen or towel exchange. There really should be a shower curtain liner for the showers. We had water coming out of the showers onto the floor and had to use towels to soak it up, and were limited on towels all ready. I was really planning on fishing off the docks, having cold drinks while the girls went swimming each day. Instead i had to spend more money to leave the property to do any of this. I was very disappointed in the false advertising of the property. I will not come back.

We had a great time. The property was clean and It was easy to pick up our keys. The restaurant didn’t seem to be opened while we were there but that didn’t bother us. It’s close to a ton of other places to eat. Location is good. It’s away from the busy streets and right on the water but close enough to grab a bike and head down to Duval. We will be back!

Property was very quiet and located away from all the hustle and bustle but yet very close to everything. All attractions including multiple beaches were only a short drive away. Rooms were nice. Kitchen have been stocked better and TV in spare room didnt work, but other than that great place to stay.

No housekeeping for our entire stay. We stayed there for two weeks and they didn’t clean the room once. They expected us to use the same three towels for two weeks also. Beware!!

We booked through Expedia; I would recommend you NOT do that!!! The resort itself is ok. Book direct through them or use trade, if you are a timeshare owner. Gumbos is nice for evening drinks and good conversations. They do not have a kitchen; however, they have great hot dogs & had a cookout one night serving hamburgers at no cost. They were delicious. We were put in a room that had a view of the dumpsters. The only day we had to sleep in was trash day. And the noise from the road was pretty bad too. The room had roaches and a musky smell. We actually moved to another resort because of the roaches & bugs. The front desk was not very friendly or helpful. When asked for the wifi and pool code, I was told it is with your check in paperwork, however we had just keys and a paper that had our name on it? Then was verbally told both codes, to remember as I stood there in my bathing suit and towel, she seemed bothered by me asking if she could please write it down. I cannot really recommend staying here, there are many other choices, that are within the same price range, if not cheaper. Even if you pay a little more, it will be worth it. If you do stay here, I would recommend you ask for a condo not by the road or dumpsters. It is very load!!! I would book direct or through timeshare. Talking to other guest with better locations, said they too had problems with bugs, but their view and noise was nothing compared to ours. Not a bad resort, we just got a bad unit.

The unit we stayed in had several things that were broken or missing: the microwave glass plate, an outlet by the toaster, and the TV in the bedroom. There was no housekeeping or trash removal. That was all do it yourself. The furniture was shabby, and on the last night, we found bugs in the bed and a cockroach under the living room sofa. This was overpriced for the value we received. The property is beautiful and lushly landscaped, and the staff tried to accommodate our needs by getting us a new glass plate and a new toaster.

My family of 3 stayed here for 4 nights and we really enjoyed it. We had the 2 bedroom suite and there was plenty of space. Front desk receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and we had a nice view of the pool. We would stay again.
